Good Points

Got us there eventually. Not as bad as Alitalia/Delta... food is decent.


Bad Points

Late late late. Cranky staff sometimes. Planes seem a bit old. Entertainment system didn't work for one flight. Can't preselect seats.


General Comments

2 1/2 hours late going. 3 1/2 hours coming back. Just one plane on each route so if it is late coming in, you are late going out. Website has flaws. Got charged for paper tickets even though we didn't want them.
