mmm good points?
The concept is great but the follow through in this day and age is quite frankly sloppy. I have given this company a good hearing by ordering off them 3 times, the first time ( a few years ago) the item came prompt enough, but the last 2 times have been terrible, waiting over a month each time for delivery of an item that i believed to be in stock at the time of the order! and i don't think its fair to say that you can't blame them for not having stuff in stock, why sell it if its going to take over a month for delivery, surely if this is the case payment should be witheld until the order has been dispatched. On my last order i received over 10 e-mails telling me that it was their suppliers fault, that the delivery date kept moving forward. and just to boot, should you have the misfortune of trying to contact them, they don't seem to be bothered.
