Good Points

This is the best exercise DVD I have found for weight loss and toning.


Bad Points

If I didn't have an exercise mat then I would've find it hard to do some of the floor exercises.. although buying a mat wont break the bank and will be cheaper than a gym membership.


General Comments

Beverley Callard - Real Results was easy to follow.. tough at times (which is expected). It's enjoyable and I achieved really good results. Recommended!
