I ordered a set of knives at the beginning of May 2008 and now 3 months later they are still to arrive! The block came 4 weeks ago. I called them some 2 weeks ago to be told they had just come into stock, on phoning again to day I was told that they would not be into August 20th. I enquired if this was to be a confirmed date only to be given the bored and unhelpful response that is the only information they could provide. On asking if there was a supervisor to speak to I was firmly told in a unhelpful manner No! I cant comment on the product but the service is appalling and I would avoid them. That is my recommendation
