Thomas Cook Review

The ocean village cruise round Greek isles and was absolutely fantastic no faults at all!! Flight home from Crete to Glasgow cancelled without good enough reason! Thomas Cook then sub contracted us to Flyglobespan - bearing in mind this was going to be a smaller aircraft type - a 737 for 5hrs is not good! Not only was everyone on the flight home left in cooked up cramped conditions, we were not allowed any suitcases in the hold and told our luggage would be taken to any UK airport and could arrive within 48hrs! This is Saturday and that happened on Thursday! Travel with Thomas Cook quite often and on this occasion we have been let down ....to be honest if I wanted a low cost flight I would have booked one myself - in fact you probably get a better service! The Flyglobespan crew were the most helpful crew and Thomas Cook should be disgusted with themselves! I have not seen my suitcase since Wednesday as it was a cruise situation. Overall my holiday with ocean village was really good and I would do it again ....but perhaps I will book a low cost flight separate and the cruise separate instead of relying on Thomas Cook who are clearly not capable of accommodating their loyal customers!
