General Comments

Tesco must be the worse home insurance company I've dealt with. Tried to make a claim for a burst pipe. Not only did they do nothing about the emergency home insurance that our policy was meant to have but virtually were no help at all. They said I was not covered for a burst pipe and if I read my policy I would know that. When I said there was no exclusion cluse in my policy they then said they had sent me the wrong policy and in any case i should have known I wasnt covered and would just have moaned if they had asked me for more money to make sure I was covered for a burst pipe.
