Good Points

Victoria Palace I have no good points, paid 1600 pound and had the worst holiday ever.

Every thing about Victoria Palace, hated every minute


General Comments

We went for two weeks 8 July 2008 and from start to finish where treated like dirt the food was a disgrace. When we complained to the management they where very rude and didn't want to know, the food was cold the hot plates where cold and when we complained where told there was a microwave which didn't work, never got a sun bed for over a week and when we sat on the seats at the pool we where ask to move by the management because to sit on them you had to by drink, after paying 1600 and being a resident we thought they would be free but no, we decided to go into the indoor pool but surprise surprise there was a charge. The Victoria Palace is just a money making hotel with management who don't want to know and watch out if you want a cup of tea or coffee bring your own cups there's are chipped and cracked 5 star hotel I dont think so.
