General Comments
I've used the Heathrow branch many times and never had a problem. Once they were late picking me up by 20 minutes. I mentioned this to the manager and he discounted the car by one days rental.
Also, after collecting one car in the rain, I called them later when it was dry to tell them of scratches that were not visible on collection, and they amended the damage sheet over the phone no problem.
All in all, I've found them to be a professional organisation.
