Bad Points

Able to order items that aren't in stock. They did not call me to let me know my item was never in stock or refund my money until I asked for it back.


General Comments

After 2 weeks of not hearing from Tesco Direct about my order for 2 items, I called them to discover the items were out of stock. I was surprised that no one had called me to let me know or refund my money. I was cross because I had bought these items in the sale and had missed out on other offers that i could have taken up elsewhere. I don't think i will be using Tesco Direct again.
