Good Points

Irene is the nicest person, she's very helpful so long as you don't take the mickey, the rooms are a good size depending on which one you're staying in. It's near enough to the strip without you having to hear the noise, literally around a ten minute walk. Near to the greatest bakery ever as well opposite the Revolution bar!
If you come home drunk or on your own Irene will open the door for you, she doesn't necessarily sit in a bush, there is a table where she waits to let people in or to check if you're bringing someone else home because it's against the law or something like that.

Bad Points

It doesn't have a pool but you can go to Malibu which is a 2min walk, it is very hot as well since the rooms do not come with air conditioning so you need to buy a fan.
Also in Malia its important to know that you can't flush your toilet paper down the toilet, it has to be disposed of separately.
The older locals are friendly.
Quads and mopeds will start to annoy you after a while because they are EVERYWHERE! but just be careful if you are renting one and get insurance...on the plane home two ladies had broken limbs from a accident on a quad.

General Comments

I went with 18-30's but a word of advice, on your first night the reps with get you to spend an obscene amount of money on their activities, I say obscene because they want you to pay for everything (5 minutes after we arrived) that night, they don't allow you to mull over what you want to do...so just don't feel pressured to make a decision to spend a lot of money because you can go to Malia and spend a lot and have a good time. But the activities are good!
