Bad Points
Apalling customer service. Complex system of sign up. Slow and inefficient.
General Comments
We run a B&B in Italy and wanted to receive payment from other countries. We signed up to Moneybookers and have regretted it since. We have about 1200 Euros sitting in an account and cannot withdraw the funds. Customer Services is poor and don't always respond to emails or phone calls.
