Good Points

Bellway built the house as would any normal site builder.


Bad Points

Lots of snagging points, which they did eventually repair.
The building finish is poor, rendering is cracking, roof has posous slates.


General Comments

Bellway's building finish is so poor that I now need to have repairs to my roof and rendering.
So far on a new house I have spent over £400 on roof repairs.
In my case Bellway do not seem to take their responsibilities on "duty of care" seriously enough.
