Good Points
It is very waterproof
It is tough

Bad Points
Ring sound to quiet
Face scratches very easily
Cannot accept business cards
Volume on phone is too low
Soo slow when looking for phone nos, texting or trying to retrieve texts.

General Comments
If you work in a office and want to throw it against a wall fine you may like the Samsung Solid. If you work in a noisy place with a couple of coins in your pocket you will hate it 3 other people that i work with all think the same bite the bullet pay £50 more for jcb as i am about to do.
