Good Points
Friendly crew. Good service considering the short haul flight. Flights were on time coming and going. Ability to use your own headphones to watch TV is a plus.

Bad Points
Cramped seating.

General Comments
This was a short haul flight (YLW - YVR - YLW). Seating is cramped. Strongly suggest using an aisle seat for a little more comfort. All in all good flight. I would likely not travel on WestJet on flights longer than 1 1/2 hours because of the seating.

Just curious which airline you would fly out of Kelowna with better seat sizes? AC Airbus and Dash 8 pitch 31-32.0" width 17.0" (except the Embraer which has a pitch of 32"-34" and width of 18" and the CRJ705 at 34" and 17") However I don't think the Embraer flies many places out of Kelowna and The 705 is horribly cramped at everything except seat pitch. West jet is at 32" and 17" for the -600 and -700 while the -800 is 34" and 17". http://www.seatguru.com
