General Comments

Having seen the TV advert for this I thought I would take up the offer out of curiosity. I imagine many people have done this. However having looked just the once, I wasn't interested in signing up as a customer as there was no need. What I didn't know was that YOU had to cancel so as not to automatically join. There was no need to read on as I didn't intend to join, but somewhere in the small print is the information telling you to. Funny how that isn't highlighted in bold or large print. Apparently it's legal though. Don't take up the offer, and if you do you won't even get a reply to your letter of complaint.
