Absolutely nothing
Bad Points
Delivery got "lost" in Royal Mail at first allegedly. Had to email 2 weeks later from order when I still had not seen my battery. They despatched it and I received it but the battery was totally dead! So I emailed them and sent it back, they then sent out a replacement fairly promptly which again was dead! I sent another email to which they questioned me and said my phone and/or charger wasn't working, I told them I stuck an electronice volatage multimeter on the battery and it was totally dead. I sent the battery back and they had agreed on the email to refund it. This was 3 weeks ago, I emailed them tuesday 5th chasing my refund and have still not had a response.
General Comments
Sorry this wasn't for unlocking it was for a Nokia N95 extended life battery but I thought this information about the company relevant. Total lack of customer service and I wonder how many more customers there are out there like me that have received faulty goods and then been questioned and told in so many words they were lieing and the goods were totally fine!
