Poor customer service. Receiving phonecalls at unsuitable times.
General Comments
I think I received very poor customer service from Safestyle UK. There was a mix up about time of the fitting and reasons for the delay. We ended up waiting the whole day, it was supposed to be in the morning, but according to their office, the van broke down. Very dissapointing when it eventually was fitted. Quality not good in my opinion, had to readjust doors etc. within couple of weeks and handles are already worn out after about 2 months!
