Great Customer Service, Proactive in dealing with fraud.

General Comments
I have been banking with HSBC since i was 17 years old and have always found them very good to deal with. Over the last year I have been a premier customer and have found some of the benefits very useful, from free holiday insurance to extended warranty on electrical but the preferential interest rates aren't across the board so if you manage your money well this benefit is pretty useless as they dont apply to the higher rate accounts.
