Bad Points

Have struggled throughout with this company no answers to emails received and most importanatly NO TICKETS


General Comments

I booked 3 tickets for reading festival back in october and the phone line is down now so is the site and I havent received any replies to my emails and the one time I managed to speak to him he put the phone down on me whilst I was still talking!

Do not use as i found them unreliable and I am trying to get my money back via paypal or my credit card. I have a friend who is going to see if they actually still operate from victoria so will write another review when I have that information.
