Poor customer service, poor technical support, a general disappointment in all quarters.
General Comments
I really would not recommend Toucan as a provider, especially as Waitrose broadband which I switched to provide a substantially quicker connection, a much better customer service and technical support, which is also free to call. I think paying a little extra each month for the broadband connection is definitely worth it.
