General Comments
I booked a hotel through cheaphotelsresorts.com 2 months in advance and paid using credit card. A week later I found many bad reviews about this website, so then I tried to call them using the phone numbers provided, but unsuccessful.
Next, I cancelled my booking and I received an email from "Nobody" (... yes that's the name appearing in my inbox), saying my booking has been cancelled and the money should be returned within 3 weeks (but never been returned despite many emails to them asking for the refund after that 3 week period).
