General Comments

Conservatory was delivered with broken door frame. Builders had to be cancelled for a week. 2nd day builders on site, they couldn't complete as no 'Roof Rafters', it took BVC 7 wrong attempts to get bits to me, that then arrived broken, another lot sent (took total of 6 weeks with just glazed sides up and no roof!) I now have wrong roof panels, broken window frame, and door frame that don't line up, so got 5 extra holes in frame drilled to take doors! I also have a severe leaking roof as panels seals don't fit snug!
I have spent 3 hours on hold to customer services without talking to anyone as was on hold for 45mins on 3 occasions in one day alone!
Have not received a call back from them, I feel this is very poor customer services.
Four months on and still no further forward!
Won't purchase again!

    I just wondered what the progress with you situation is in view of the fact that BVC are in administration. I have a similar tale of my own.

    I got a £1200 refund! Prob could have got more with a battle.
    I had to accept no 10 year warranty though! Product was shiot though! Good luck
