Bad Points

No communication received about an item not in stock. Who knows how long I would have waited if I had not contacted them first?


General Comments

Aspinal didn't have the color I wanted and I did not receive contact about that. I had to contact them when I didn't get a despatch email after several days. After choosing a different color I still haven't received the product because it was delivered to the wrong person and now the courier has to retrieve it and bring it to me. It better be the best writing portfolio I've ever seen to go through this much hassle.
