General Comments

I was really hesitant to use Eurofly after some of the reviews I've read here...but I tried to stay positive figuring people with bad experiences are more likely to speak out.
Having said that, I was pleasantly surprised with our Eurofly flights (New York to Rome and vice versa; nonstop; mid June 2008).
Our flights were pretty much on time. We actually boarded the plane early on the way out but sat on the tarmac in line for a while; though I'd blame that on JFK airport, not Eurofly. The return flight was right on schedule.
The video consoles in our seats were a bit finicky, but once you figured them out, they worked great. We were offered pillows and blankets.
Food served was a choice of pastas; with misc. cookies and crackers included. I was satisfied with the taste and portions of the meal. Beverage service was performed 2-3 times on our flights, including soda and beer, not to mention the tea and/or coffee served immediately following meals.
The stewards checked the bathrooms every hour and restocked/cleaned as necessary. They also made it a point to put the covers over all the windows so that passengers could relax and/or sleep mid-flight.
Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend them.
