Overall Rating
- Value for money

That there are no good points.
General Comments
I have paid £120 into my grandchild's account over the past 12 months. CTF advise that the value of the fund has increased by £7.75 only on a total investment of £521.43. Even allowing for the poor performance of the stock market this is bad. No more investments into this fund for me.

I've just had the first year statement arrive and we are really disappointed as well. To think all our sons birthday and gift money had been stored here for the first year which comes to approx £500 and now to be told it is only worth £400! thats a massive decline and not one we intend to continue with. I thought we had been doing the right thing paying money in monthly and now our son is about to turn 1 and with another now on the way I am searching for other options as to how we can save for our children's future. I cancelled my Direct Debit straight away with the Barclays Trust Fund!
