I ordered V Festival tickets back in March with Exclusive tickets which I believe is part of XL&H, I had spoken to them on the phone, all seemed fine, even spoke to them 2 weeks ago about when the tickets would arrive and had an email from them. My friend who also bought tickets from the same people had an email to say their supplier were unable to fulfil their obligation - believed to her gone into voluntary bankruptcy and to contact your credit card company. Strangely enough now on their website no London contact details and the phone number rings a few times then nothing.
