Office hours are UK working hours. Not a problem if you're in the UK.
General Comments
I have several websites hosted by Redstation and the main advantage is that there's a person on the end of the phone when I've needed it. Downtime has been minimal. Makes me wonder how many of these reviews are written by competitors on a spoiler.
