General Comments

Agree with reviewers to date, very user-unfriendly, assumption of computer literacy - just because you've got one doesn't mean you are a whizz! Had to inform call centre that I could transfer from one account to another after he kept insisting I couldn't. Very tempting to cut and run - I have had an account with this Building Society, under it's different names since about 1945 - never known such poor admin. The good rate on their e-savings account is all that is stopping me from moving my savings - hopefully to find a more efficient straightforward account.
