Good Points

Reliable, it has never needed servicing. Excellent steam generation on tap. The reservoir refill is the best; and can be recharged at any time, without having to turn off the iron. The build quality is very good and has never let me down.


Bad Points

Can think of any in comparison to it competitors.


General Comments

A well designed reliable steam iron which hasn't ever broken or needed a service in all the years I have had it. We are a family of 4 and the Rowenta is used and has been used every day for years. I can't remember when I bought it, many years ago! Would I buy another? Yes, I wouldn't touch anything else now. Previous irons have all failed. my DG 920 is a great iron in my opinion
