Bad Points

Looking out for the traffic warden while trying to to fill in the paperwork.


General Comments

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff helped me with my requirements. I wanted a VT 125 C Shadow in black. They organised for it to be in the showroom for me to look at a set time and it was there - so was he. They answered all my questions fully, got me interest free credit, rang me at home 2 hours later to tell me it had been accepted by Honda) and a helmet and lock for the bike as well. Also advised me to wait a few weeks to get the 08 plate which I hadn't thought of at the time. Even let my young son sit on the bigger bikes in the shop. Fantastic customer service. I havn't picked my bike up yet though, but so far brilliant. I would recommend Dobles to anyone considering a new bike. Can't speak for all of Doble's staff but those I dealt with were fantastic and helped me make my mind up without being in my face. He was also able to provide me with a few essential items like a helmet and lock free of charge. Great service so far. No hesitation in recommending Doble's.
