Bad Points
Had to buy more ram ie up to 2gb because vista was only option at the time! 2gb is needed for this OS.

General Comments
Appears to be bomb proof.... nice looking... performs well...

I have had this 6400 for almost 2 years now.. and as with all of my dells-problem free... would recommend as a good workhorse machine for med intensive user.
