    Good Points

    Query should be resolved within 2 weeks.


    Bad Points

    Had to listen to an awful HSBC on hold music whilst I waited to get through.


    General Comments

    I've banked with HSBC for years, use internet banking, and this is the first time I've had to call them, as there was an ATM deduction made from my account when I hadn't recieved the money. They took far too long to answer the phone and the guy had quite a strong accent, but he's assured me that the money will be refunded to my account within 7 working days. Remains to be seen if it is, but the service seemed OK.
