Bad Points
Could not find the number for a Lifestyles fitness centre in Liverpool! How was this not found considering the vast amount of centres within Liverpool? I was looking for Lifestyle fitness in Walton/Alsop and the operator completely failed at this! Not only did he not bring up any lifestyle centres but reeled off a name of gyms that I have NEVER heard of. Was he even looking for the right thing/looking in Liverpool? I can't believe I wasted the money for a 2min 12second conversation which got me nowhere!!!
General Comments
Was language a barrier? Operator spoke with broken English..? I am extremely disappointed with 118 247, considering it was the first time a used the service I have been put off from using the service in the future.
