Good Points

Uses really good and lean Brazilian beef. It's tender and I've only ever had stewed steak in a can where I've found gristle and it wasn't Princes Brand.


Bad Points

There is about 2.5g of salt per can which is a fair bit, but I've seen cans of baked beans with more sugar and salt in them.


General Comments

As a high protein meal I can eat it hot or cold (I prefer it cold). It's good solid food and very good value for money.

As a student this was a staple. From my experience, people who don't like this product are usually not happy with anything other than a bag of greasy chips and wouldn't know good food if it bit them on the behind!
