Bad Points

when I made complaint the assistant I spoke to wouldn't put me through to a manager. I felt as though they would not listen to what I said.


General Comments

I bought a contract at Carphone Warehouse for my daughter. I was sold an insurance which I was happy about as the free phone was an expensive model. Within 10 minutes of leaving the store her phone rang and it was someone selling insurance saying they were from CPW. They told me the deal was 1/2 the price of the one I had already signed up to. I thought about it and decided to go for it. Then I queried who he was and he said he knew my credit card first four digits and my daughter's phone number and my name so he must be ok. There were lots of further calls so I cancelled my card at the bank. When I spoke to CPW and asked to speak to a manager the guy said no, and CPW had nothing to do with it. I was worried that someone had leaked my personal details. I lost £79.50 and maybe many other people have too.
