Customer Service, appalling accident management company, lack of telephine co-operation

General Comments

Useless for anything that isn't covered online. Don't expect any call you make to be answered in less than 40 minutes. Despite having motorcycle insurance the accident management company they use couldn't arrange me a replacement motorcycle.

Made me pay double the monthly premium after incorrectly putting a fault accident on my policy and removing my NCD. They are now quibbling paying me the excess they charged back to me.

I took my business eleswhere and found a cheaper premium anyway.

I would recommend that nobody bother with ebike.

I agree with this review because...I have had nothing but trouble trying to contact ebike following my initial claim report. My bike is still awaiting collection by 4th Dimension, 6days after reporting it, and after I had to make over 20 chaseup calls to date!

Brilliant service up to the point you make a claim, then forget it.
I have never dealt with such appauling customer service or lack of it in my life. Never again.

As an update to this review, Ebike have flatly refused to refund the excessive premium I was made to pay after they incorrectly increased my monthly premium for a fault accident that never occured.
