I ' ve been using Vonage for about a year, as have colleagues at work. It suits us because of the way it works but I really wish there was a competitor that did what Vonage do (ie had a piece of hardware you can use on any internet connection and software to route calls).

Vonage ' s call quality varies from day to day and there are regular problems. Their customer service is absolutely terrible i have found. It ' s better to suffer problems than have to call their technical help teams.

All in all if you want to use a VoIP service then Skype delivers the best call quality I ' ve come across " I just wish it had the ability to transfer incoming calls to numerous other numbers for free.
