Bad Points
I made a payment to lloyds collection centre in may but they cant find the payment, i contact them and they dont want to know because my account is being handled by their solicitors and they cant find the payment either ps ive got proof it was paid

I am disgusted that payments can be lost if i paid money to lloyds tsb it should be on my statement but its not so where is it
