General Comments

I ordered 2 bikes from Active8 and have only had 1 delivered. I have emailed them 5 times but have not received a response yet. Tried calling at various times of day but no one ever answers the phone whenever I've tried.
I would not use this company again.

    Loupylou, maybe you would be good enough to email info@aktive8.com and mark the subject title with your order number. We can then check out your details and come back to you, I have today checked all our outstanding orders and we have nothing on back order for any bikes at all as we ship everything from stock so I'm a bit confused by your comments.
