Terrible customer service when it stops working.
General Comments
My AVG inexplicably stopped working back in May. I emailed the technical support to ask what the problem was, quoting the relevant error codes. They are extremely slow at replying sometimes taking up to ten days, which is just unacceptable when your virus cover is down in the meantime. That fact, and the fact that you have paid them for cover do not seem to make them reply any faster. The alternative is their very expensive technical support line which I object to having already paid for the cover.
