Good Points

Can provide a policy with inclusive track day cover, but this lead to a problem at the next renewal of my policy, where they quoted without it being included but did not highlight this to me. See Bad Points.


Bad Points

They forgot to include the track day cover at the next renewal, then, when they rectified that by changing underwriter and starting new policy, they didn't correctly send the details to the underwriter which meant that that the fact I had insurance never made it to the MID Database, so left me at increased risk of being pulled up by the police and having my car impounded until I could prove I had insurance, plus I was unable to renew my car tax on-line.


General Comments

I am certainly considering looking elswhere for my insurance once this policy runs out, possibly even before!
If you cannot trust them with the basics, how can you trust them to handle a claim correctly? Thank goodness I have (so far) not had to find out the answer to that question!
