Never experienced good points from this bank.
Bad Points
Slow, Very bad service, asks for passport everytime I bank. Internet banking always locks itself even if you don't make mistake.
General Comments
This bank is awful when I want to withdraw money or when transfering to another bank. Some staff are unhelpful and ask for passport which I don't carry it all the time. Low interest on every account you got with them! If problem arises you need to go to branch and sort out!
