A potentailly good machine which has some fundamental design flaws. Repair service good although it shouldn't be needed. Chest belt didn't work, Battery housing impossible to open. Poor mechanism for tying down your feet and yout feet continually come loose. Display unit is unlit and you have to use a torch to read some of the symbols. It should be backlit. Most machines half the price have this. Smooth action marred as the rowing cable catches as you row. Should have a pulley which centralises the cable
