Bad Points

I was unable to order products or find out which store has the products. There is a premium rate phone number to phone for information (yes it's a local rate but it's not cheap on a mobile).


General Comments

Agreed this is a wholly dissatisfying experience. In my opinion it is virtually no use really as you need to go to the shop to get the product but without being able to find out if the product is in stock. I feel it is effectively like walking past a closed Habitat shop and looking in the window.
