Well made - poor design features
Poor bag supports, too long, and if your bag has a tendency to roll to one side it will do it quickly on a Powerbug. The digital control is delicate and difficult to set as the cart is bouncing along. The speed changes in preset steps, not infinitely variable, and you will find one speed that is just too slow, with the next one just too fast. The one I used pulled annoyingly to the left and required continual correction.
Easy to carry, fold, unfold etc - good battery, charger - helpful people at Hare Hatch. When you fold it up, the handle swings down and the speed control button hits the front wheel carrier. I don't know if this would lead to failure in time. I have a suspicion that the earlier non-digital Powerbug would have been better but I was too late to get one of those!
