General Comments

My wife and I joined the ship with our son on the Queen Mary 2 for a summer retreat voyage m828b.
Both my wife and I have been cruising for the last 20 years ,so as you can imagine we have a lot off experience off different cruise companies we have been with Crystal Princess Royal Viking Sun Norwegian Celebrity, Royal Caribbean P.O and other's
We decided to take our son on a ship for his birthday so we thought we would try Cunard
It was the worst ship I have ever been on from the moment we stepped on the ship no one to show you where our cabin was.
Before the cruise I informed the ship my wife was gluten and lactose intolerant. For food she was served ice berg lettuce with plain olive oil and just mashed potatoes with chicken that's it . The night before that they saved her some chocolate ice cream she ate it thinking it might have been made form Soya but the following day she was ill and it was not sea sickness we was docked.
As for myself I couldn't even think off going to kings court for lunch talk about a zoo is putting it mildly ,so we decided the dinning room I encounter the most ignorant waiter. I left with out eating .
I think Cunnard should take a leaf out of Crystal and learn how to really run a ship. I feel that strongly about the poor staff food entertainment ect. I would like to write to a local newspaper to tell them what awful service they give call their selves a Liner they should be ashamed. So for several people have asked me and I have told the what I think off Cunnard and the Queen Mary 2 . I would not want any one to experience what both my wife and I have.
