Quality of sound not bad when works.


Bad Points

Service was often not available to me.
So far no response from Customer service either on phone or Email.


General Comments

The VONICS VOIP service is very poor. Most of the time, this service didn't work. There was I felt a lack of customer service. When service was not available I could not contact any one via email or web-site or telephone.
I have been their customer for last 14 months. Every single month, service was unavailable at least 3 times. Sometimes for few hours sometimes for entire week. With multiple requests to cancel the service, they have yet to respond to my requests.
