Bad Points
Their staff both in my local branch and on the telephone made mistakes with my application, and then didn't want to know.
General Comments
They can't open the Barclays Cash ISA account without making mistakes, and have returned my cheque, as they failed to open it before the end of financial year - obviously they don't want the business.
