Two days ago I purchased a pair or white jeans from the MK One sale, size 14. I wanted a 12 but thought I will take them home and try them as I was in a hurry. (I thought they may be small fitting) Also I bought a top for my daughter. I took them back today and asked for a refund. They said as they were from the sale they couldn't refund me. I said ok I understand I will change them for something else. They told me I had to have the exact same things in another size. OK I said but there was none of the jeans left at all, or any of the tops. They wouldnt let me exchange for something else, I came home with the same items that were NO use at all. PLUS it had cost me £3 busfare to take them back. I AM SO MAD. Never again will I shop there. OR my family and I will make sure my friends know just what they are now like.

I agree with this review because...the same happened to me. have shopped here for number of years and been very happy, even taken things back and they have been great. then recently bought my daughter a top, didn't fit so brought it back, was told to get another, happens the one i had was the smallest there but that did not matter, would not exchange, no credit note, why not, do not know. Either keep what you don't want and cannot wear, change for something you don't want and don't wish to wear or take nothing and lose money anyway. I will not be shopping there anymore. What will happen at Christmas when people like to buy clothes for others but nearly always get it wrong and the things are always brought back for exchange?
