Arrived at destinations (but never on time).
Bad Points
4 out of 4 flights I've flown AirTran were delayed - none less than 2.5
hours. One was cancelled and I had to rebook with them for the following morning (10 hours later). I will never book a flight with them again and will tell everyone I know.
General Comments
Dismal service. There is something very wrong with the way this airline is run and it's probably at the policy level as most personnel were nice and seemed capable.
